Service
is a basic aspect of the relationship between CO.M.P.ES. and the
Client; we consider it positive when it provides opportunities for
comparison, exchanges of ideas and transfer of the experience acquired
by CO.M.P.ES.; it is also positive, we think, when it serves to
help the client's die shop and production department grow or improve,
and, of course, when we gain more experience for the company too.
A close relationship with the clients develops when we are able
to understand their real needs and know what to do to achieve them.
CO.M.P.ES.
is aware that it has excellent human and technological resources
and has always tried to avoid a type of service that makes the client
dependent on our intervention.
Creating a need or a type of forced service without the growth of
the client, making him dependent on the supplier is not our goal.
Just to spare the client all the tiresome and costly returns of
goods that in die shops lacking high specialization lead to a dangerous
form of impaired growth, CO.M.P.ES. applies a policy of prior consultation
during the design stage and after-sales service in active cooperation
with our sales department.
CO.M.P.ES. can provide its partners with complete service as regards
the extrusion process: from advice as to how to solve problems relative
to the equipment, from the design of special equipment for the production
of special profiles, to the instruction of personnel for the technical
department, from prompt service visits, on the request of the client,
by engineers or sales operators, to effective, concrete work by
qualified technician to solve contingent problems or to train the
personnel.
To consolidate the client - CO.M.P.ES. relationship and establish
a constructive dialogue on the concrete problems and issues of mutual
interest, for a few years we have been organizing meetings of one
or two days in which we discuss topics requested by the clients,
calling in specialists, where necessary, external to the CO.M.P.ES.
staff. The meeting room in the company is equipped with the finest
systems for audiovisual presentation, with simultaneous translation,
that ensures the good success of these meetings.
The most important companies in the world of extrusion have taken
