CO.M.P.ES. has always been distinguished for the high level of design and great skill of its technical personnel in developing dies, that are often extremely complex, through increasingly automated processing cycles.
Its engineers have gained their experience through a combination of technical skill and inventive capacity and the results are obtained directly in extrusion; a crucial point in project development is, in fact, the constant exchange of ideas and control of results made synergically with the clients.
Improving the quality of its products and achieving more and more ambitious goals are the logical consequence of a good policy of cooperation with the clients.
Parallel to the development of design in the CAD-CAM department, the company has always used its own energies to achieve standards of operation that are as accurate, reliable and repeatable as possible.
Continuous collaboration with a famous Software-House has led to continuous evolution of "Compes Software" used in the design and production of the dies.
This software has been made more powerful thanks to studies and research made jointly with several universities, regarding the flow of metals, the variation of friction depending on feedings and bearings of the dies.
After acquisition of the "PHI" facility in France, a center for the production and experimentation of dies in Pechiney, all the results of years of research came to CO.M.P.ES. thereby enhancing its technical and productive know-how.
In the same way, the birth in Canada of the company CO.M.P.ES. INTERNATIONAL, which personnel is one of the most qualified of this field, has contributed successfully to stimulate the design and programming departments introducing new ideas and trasfering innovative computer systems.
Since the companies operate in spheres with very different types of production, the engineering departments collaborate with one another to monitor different aspects of the demands of the world market to acquire any new technology and develop advanced solutions of its own.
