The
following is a selection of some products, from the die that reproduces
the company logo to the microprofile, from the finned heat dispersion
device that is a highly critical element made on a flat die, to
the porthole with an exaggerated number of mandrels, from the
small porthole with thicknesses of a few dozen millimeters, to
the large one complete with special feeder.
Each of these dies is unique: each involves such difficulties
as to make their construction unthinkable; some are extremely
complex as regards the geometry of the structure to be extruded,
others have severe practical obstacles to construction of the
die.
To make them we have used, depending on the nature of the difficulties,
advanced design techniques or special processing methods, often
resorting to the use of special machinery and equipment.
